Consider Timing

Consuming candy in moderation is vital. However, the timing of when you consume treats is also an important factor. Avoid snacking on candy throughout the day. The best time to eat candy is right after a meal because the chance of dental decay is less at that time. Saliva production increases during a meal to help with digestion and can also help remove excess food particles and sugar.
